- Pile on fun mix and matched jewelry in bright colors. (Think like Betsey. The more color the better.)
- Add a jacket. (We chose denim because, c'mon, how much more 90's can it get?)
- Top it off with a "now" bag. Make it slightly modern with a punchy handbag. This purple Marc by Marc Jacobs crossbody was perfect. The sturdy leather and hardware makes a nice contrast to the denim and velvet.
